TAURUS

The Hierophant is connected to the Taurus archetype. Taurus’s motto is “I have,” connoting the need for something tangible or material. It’s an earth sign after all. Taurus, is a Venus ruled sign, which teaches us through what we value. What is something or someone worth? There are some things you can’t put a price tag on. This is where the Hierophant can help us understand the Taurus archetype on a different level. The Hierophant speaks to tradition, values, beliefs, enlightenment, spiritual guides, and new paradigms. Some people see the Hierophant and immediately connect it to organized religion, and that doesn’t always connect us to something good. Taurus is a fixed, earth sign and is often associated with being methodical, and practical. It can also represent a sense of being stubborn, willful, and/or resolved. As with any energy, all of those keywords can be seen in higher and lower forms. Through the lens of the Hierophant, may you stubbornly be true to yourself.
